24th Annual La Grange Meals-On-Wheels Thanksgiving Day Ride

Thanksgiving is a time to be grateful and hang out with family and friends. It’s also time for the annual La Grange Meals-On-Wheels Thanksgiving Day ride. For 24 years, Velo Club La Grange has raised money for the West Los Angeles chapter of Meal On Wheels, a national organization dedicated to addressing Senior hunger and isolation in local communities. Serving over 40,000 meals per year to seniors and the disabled, Meals On Wheels-WLA is also serving homeless veterans at the sprawling West LA VA Campus.

On November 28nd we will meet at SVO, Santa Monica, CA at 7:30 am and roll out at 8 am. We will ride to Malaga Cove and enjoy coffee and treats.

Donations can be made at Caffe Luxxe as well as online before or after the ride. Any amount is welcome and appreciated. Cash and checks are both accepted in person. Online donations can be made through https://www.paypal.com/us/webapps/mpp/send-money-online. Send money to paypal@lagrange.org. Put “Meals-on-Wheels” in the note section so we know the donation is for them. All donations are tax-deductible.
