Dan is a Masters Cat 3 cyclist who enjoys riding his bike and competes to measure his fitness against mostly stronger cyclists. He started cycling relatively late in life, but the enjoyment he gets from both keeps him healthy and youthful-feeling, though, as he reports it, regrettably not youthful-looking.
