Dear members,

Please join me in congratulating Danielle Cooper and Esdras Roldan as the respective womens and mens recipients of the January 2016 Racer of the Month Award p/b Seth Davidson Law. Danielle and Esdras each won $200, made possible by a year-long 2016 financial sponsorship commitment from Seth and his law firm.

Danielle Cooper, all smiles with her winner's check. Danielle knows that preparation and teamwork are the foundation to winning and has recently agreed to step up as the Womens Cat 3/4 Team Captain and in January led a very successful womens team camp in January that welcomed a number of new and returning womens racers to the La Grange Womens Team. The team's hard work and fun attitude is already reaping results - if you didn't catch them already, you have something to look forward to in the next La Voix!

Esdras Roldan is our January 2016 Racer of the Month Award winner on the mens side. Esdras delivered the first win of 2016 for La Grange when he took as well-deserved victory in the Juniors 15-18 Race at the Majestic Cycling Criterium. Before this race, Esdras had never managed a podium finish. But with the monkey off his back, Esdras shortly followed that win with a podium 3rd place in the Cat 5 Dash for Cash Criterium on February 7th. We all see great things for him and his Flight School teammates in 2016!
